Zeake Z-Bit

The Zeake Z-Bit jig has a zinc alloy body that gives it a very special action.

To quickly get into the details, the Zeake Z-Bit takes advantage of the lower specific weight of this zinc alloy to enjoy a different action than lead or tungsten jigs. As well as taking care of this aspect, the designers have been careful to maintain the casting distance so that it is not penalised in this respect since, due to the density of the material, the jig should have a larger surface area.

The fall will then be stable, slow and basically horizontal, a very attractive target for a large number of predators, including, of course, horse mackerel, mackerel, grouper and other bottom-dwelling species. Casting distance is maintained thanks to a body design that has been developed with more thickness, rather than having to widen the body width to reduce aerodynamic penetration, which is why the Zeake Z-Bit still flies like any other jig.

Simple twitches of the rod tip give the Zeake Z-Bit enough oomph to then explode into the drop with that dead-leaf-like, fluctuating motion we're all familiar with. A great tool for light game lovers who are looking for very technical material to explore wider territories.
